Where hard copy documents are requested or required, your final travel documents can be sent to you via post or dispatched during an in-person appointment upon request. From flight schedules to hotel reservations, tour vouchers to travel insurance policies, I’ll make sure that you have everything you need for a worry-free trip, and that all details are presented in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. During all this awful time of Corona Virus, we found ourselves stuck in your beautiful country. The day before we were due to fly home Etihad stopped all their flights. After trying to find flights on the internet we resorted to looking for a travel agent. JETSETTER travel, Stefania, you were amazing!!! A couple of days after speaking to her, she had us on our way back to the UK. We were 10 days over due but it won’t put us of returning to beautiful Australia sometime in the future.
